Ephemeral Landscape

Ephemeral Landscape was a streamed live drawing performance referencing on experiences of both the topographies of East London and Lisbon.
I used liquid chalk to depict a personal map of the two cities on a concrete wall in Lisbon that is simultaneously projected onto walls within the Barbican building where lines form a journey, get lost and find their way again, blurring past and new territories and its challenges.

Broadcasted live over the internet on sunday 23rd of August between 3.30pm and 4.30pm at the Barbican Centre, London.

With special thanks to the Magma Collective, Stephanie Ilner and Edgar de Oliveira.
